The keypiece for this post is an allrounder: the beloved blazer. The trend for 2015 is all about blazers being feminine. This little beauty is not only trendy, but a real eye catcher. Also with these high temperatures, white is always an option to go with. It just gives that feeling of being cool on the outside even though one is boiling on the inside. This long white blazer jacket not only gives off that feminine coolness, but also an air of being très chic.
1. Look – Pretty feminine
Keeping it all light and nearly white for this pretty elegant look. I am wearing an off white lace knee-length skirt and I topped it with a white spaghetti strap top. I usually try to avoid mid calve skirts (or midi dresses) as I just don’t have long legs, but somehow this summer I found a few (just 3 :-)) as they were just too pretty to resist. I would hardly wear them with flats, so I opted for a white lace peep toe sandal. I added a textured floral clutch, to add more elegance and just a pop of colour. In the last minute I put on a pastel green chain, which was a gift from my dad, so thanx dad
2. Look – Smart casual
It´s black. It´s white. The colour combination that always goes – black and white. For this look, I am teaming an off-white capri pants and a black ribbed cotton T-Shirt. With this I am wearing my black pumps from Zara. They have a 10,5cm heel, as capri pants tend to optical shorten the leg. I chose a black shopper from Monserat de Lucca to finish off this look.
3. Look – Bold
I thought the first two looks to be quite elegant and I wanted to the third look to be a bit daring. Somehow the colour RED popped into my mind. I paired a red flowy top from Tom Tailor Denim with a black mini skirt from HM. With this I am wearing peeptoed ankle boots from HM. To round the look off, I am wearing a black over the shoulder sling bag.
What do you think of this long white blazer jacket? Do you have one and if not would you get one? I would love to hear what you (would) compare yours with.
Have an awesome day and stay as awesome as you are.
